THOMAS STERNFELDT
Principal
Thomas is the Principal at T Sternfeldt + Company based in New York, and leads all projects from start to finish, working closely with clients, partners and the team. Above all, he loves the work.
Prior to launching the firm in 2018, Tom was a senior member of the team at Warby Parker, where he oversaw the company’s corporate, retail and supply chain expansion across North America. Before this, he spent 10 years as a Project Manager for construction / development firms across the United States and Australia, leading projects in some of the most iconic historical buildings.
Tom holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Central Queensland University. He is in his element when walking on a long stretch of beach or cooking for family and friends.

JON STERNFELDT
Director
Jon is a Director at T Sternfeldt + Company, responsible for our financial operations and business planning and analysis. With more than 12 years of transaction and financial experience, he brings a laser like focus on the sources of value and how to optimize them.
Jon previously served the transaction advisory practices of Alvarez & Marsal, Houlihan Lokey and Ernst & Young. He started his career in the audit practice at KPMG in Sydney, Australia. Jon earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the Australian National University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee.
Jon visited 28 countries and is still in pursuit of the best spot for an espresso in the world.

Origins, a few words from Tom
Our parents fixed up houses and sold them from when we were quite young all through the elementary school years. We lived in 6 houses before going to high school and it is pretty clear that I absorbed a lot of that. I greatly admired my grandfather who started his own successful international business as a builder and developer, and who was extremely design savvy and hands on.
